I hate writing negative reviews but so disappointed with tonight's meal at Friar Tucks. We waited over 40 mins for a meal. There were only around 10 people in the restaurant. I ordered the Cajun salmon which was absolutely inedible. So over cooked it was dry and tasteless. Three prawns the size of a 5 cent piece straight from a Vietnamese fish farm over cooked and dry. The baked potato reheated and lumpy. I have never returned a meal in my life and so embarrassed for the "chef". My kids had the fettuccine- my oh my. What a disaster. Fettuccine with a white roux not cooked out with some grated cheese thrown in. Husbands barramundi- over cooked no bigger than his palm with mashed potato and over cooked cauliflower. We have been to this place 3 times and there won't be a fourth. Hate bagging a local eatery but at $32 plus for a main meal really need to lift your game. Cheers 🍻 ... ExpandHide
